These policies explain the standards we expect from everyone using the Allsafar platform.
1. Account and Registration Policy
Clients and agents must provide accurate information during registration.
Agents may be required to provide business or verification information before accessing certain platform features.
Allsafar reserves the right to review account information and request additional details where necessary.
Accounts created using false, misleading, or fraudulent information may be suspended or removed.
2. Agent Listing Policy
Agents must ensure that every package listed on Allsafar clearly represents the services being offered.
Package information should accurately describe the price, accommodation, transportation, travel arrangements, dates, and included services where applicable.
Misleading pricing, false availability, or intentionally inaccurate package information is not permitted.
3. Custom Package Request Policy
Clients may submit custom package requests based on their travel needs and preferred budget.
Requests should contain genuine travel requirements and must not be created for spam, testing, harassment, or market manipulation.
Eligible agents may respond with offers based on the services they can provide.
Agents must ensure that their offers are realistic and that they can deliver the services described.
4. Fair Offer Policy
Agents must compete fairly when responding to custom package requests.
Artificial price manipulation, coordinated offers, misleading prices, or attempts to unfairly influence a client’s decision are prohibited.
Clients have complete freedom to review available offers and select their preferred agent.
5. Payment and Transaction Policy
Users must carefully review package details before completing a transaction.
Payments made through Allsafar may be processed using approved payment service providers.
Users must not use stolen payment information, fraudulent accounts, or unauthorised payment methods.
Suspicious transactions may be reviewed or restricted for security purposes.
6. User Conduct Policy
All users are expected to communicate respectfully.
Harassment, threats, abusive behaviour, discrimination, fraudulent activity, and inappropriate content are not permitted on Allsafar.
Users may report suspicious or inappropriate behaviour to the Allsafar support team.
Where appropriate, Allsafar may review reports, restrict platform features, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users.
7. Data and Privacy
Allsafar collects and uses user information to operate the platform, manage accounts, process transactions, improve services, provide support, and maintain platform security.
We only use personal information for legitimate platform and business purposes.
Where third party services are used, information may be shared only where necessary to provide the relevant service, comply with legal requirements, or protect the platform and its users.
Users may contact Allsafar regarding questions or concerns about their personal information.
8. Security Procedures
Allsafar takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user information and platform access.
Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and account credentials.
Suspected security incidents, unauthorised access, or fraudulent activity should be reported to Allsafar immediately.
9. Complaints and Disputes
Users may contact Allsafar support if they experience an issue with another user, agent, package, offer, or platform transaction.
We may review relevant account activity, transaction information, package details, and communications when investigating a complaint.
Allsafar may take reasonable action based on the information available and the applicable platform policies.
10. Policy Enforcement
Violation of these policies may result in a warning, removal of content or packages, restriction of platform features, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal.
The action taken will depend on the nature and seriousness of the violation.
Allsafar may update these policies as the platform grows or when legal, operational, or security requirements change.
