Allsafar provides the technology that enables clients and agents to connect. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Allsafar is not the direct provider of Hajj, Umrah, accommodation, transportation, visa, or other travel services listed by agents.
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login information. You must notify Allsafar if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Allsafar may suspend or restrict accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, or violate these Terms.
3. Agents and Package Listings
Agents are responsible for ensuring that all package information they upload is accurate and clear.
This includes pricing, accommodation, transportation, travel dates, package inclusions, exclusions, and any other services offered.
Agents must not publish false, misleading, or fraudulent packages.
Allsafar reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove package listings that violate our platform standards.
4. Custom Package Requests and Offers
Clients may create custom package requests by providing their travel requirements and preferred budget.
Registered agents may review eligible requests and submit offers based on the services they can provide.
Clients are free to review available offers and select the agent and package that best meet their requirements.
The lowest priced offer is not automatically selected. The final choice remains with the client.
5. Payments and Transactions
Users are responsible for reviewing package details and payment information before confirming a purchase.
Any applicable fees, charges, refund conditions, or payment terms will be communicated during the transaction process or by the relevant agent.
Allsafar may use authorised third party payment providers to process payments securely.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients should review the applicable cancellation and refund terms before completing a purchase.
Where a refund request relates directly to services provided by an agent, the relevant agent may be responsible for reviewing and processing the request according to the agreed package terms.

Users must not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, harassment, false advertising, illegal activities, or any activity intended to harm another person or the platform.
Any attempt to manipulate offers, misuse custom package requests, or provide misleading information may result in account suspension or removal.

We aim to keep Allsafar available and reliable. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
We may update or improve platform features from time to time.
9. Limitation of Responsibility

Agents remain responsible for the accuracy and delivery of the travel services they offer.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Allsafar is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information provided by users or agents, third party service failures, travel restrictions, visa decisions, airline changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
